Valentine’s Day Dance
Residents enjoyed sipping on Champagne during a Valentine’s Dance on February 14th. They danced to big band music by Jack & BJ Strucel & had a wonderful time!
New Year’s Eve Dance
El Dorado residents enjoyed bringing in 2023 at our New Year’s Eve dance on December 31, 2022. They danced to big band music by Jack & BJ Strucel, sipped on champagne along with dessert after their elegant dinner.

El Dorado of Sun City Celebrates their Veterans
El Dorado of Sun City celebrated Veterans Day with a tribute to our veterans with Dan Reed & his trumpet group followed by a special program honoring our veterans from World War II, Korean Confederate & Vietnam War.
El Dorado Car Winner
El Dorado is fortunate to have such giving residents. For the third year in a row, a new Kia Soul has been graciously donated by one of our residents. Francisca Valdez from our housekeeping department was this year’s winner!
Father’s Day Brunch
El Dorado of Sun City celebrated Father’s Day with a brunch consisting of Chilled Shrimp Cocktail, Steak & Egg Breakfast Burrito, Bar-B-Que Baby Back Ribs & Buttered Poached Halibut served with Bloody Mary’s & Mimosas.
Memorial Day Celebration
El Dorado of Sun City celebrated Memorial Day with a patriotic program by Dan Reed, Amy Burns & Rea Herrera along with a picnic style lunch of BBQ Chicken, Grilled Hamburger, a ¼ pound hotdog and all the fixings.
Mother’s Day Brunch
Our El Dorado Executive Chef, Tom Smith, prepared a special Mother’s Day brunch on Sunday, May 9th of Eggs Benedict, Baked Lobster Tail, Roasted Tenderloin of Beef and Gazpacho.
It was enjoyed by all!
El Dorado of Sun City Celebrates Cinco de Mayo
El Dorado of Sun City celebrated Cinco de Mayo with entertainment by Fiesta Flamenco dancers for our residents during lunchtime. Residents enjoyed a Spanish flamenco dance group along with a Spanish guitarist.
